Nick McCord

Nick McCord has been blessed beyond belief since leaving AMTC Summer 2009. Nick caught the attention of Atlanta-based Ian Burke, owner of Launch Pad Records LLC/GreenHouse Management. Ian has successfully guided artists like TLC and OutKast during their careers, and thought Nick could be the next big thing!

Ian brought Nick to the attention of Gibson Kagni of G Productions (producer of acts such as Game, Akon, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Raheim DeVaughn, and Nickelodeon’s The School Gyrls) which immediately led to signing interest from Universal Music Group (UMG): “This guy’s swagger is unbelievable! He’s gonna be a big star!” They are currently in the studio working on his debut project.

Nick McCord is excited to join the chart-topping UMG. He will be in the company of many amazing artists such as Mary J. Blige, Sheryl Crow, Colbie Caillat, Eminem, 3 Doors Down, Black Eyed Peas, and many more. UMG’s roster is comprised of artists covering the full spectrum of music around the world, making it a world-wide leader.

Singer/Songwriter Nick McCord plays bass in the new video for Jive Recording Artist, Axiz. Nick is currently working with Atlanta producer (and AMTC VIP) Ian Burke to produce his first album.
