• May 2013 TruCrew has entered the “Great American No Bull Challenge” Teen Video Awards. Please visit the official site and vote to promote the video that was not only produced by Brandon Michael, but also features original music from Brandon and his sister. Winners attend the Sundance Film Festival and get to have their video seen in school across the country.

• March 2013 Brandon Michael’s dance troupe TruCrew, that he started in 2012, has been blowing up big time. According to Brandon: “We are dancers from age 12-18 with passion, perseverance, and heart to have a positive impact on our community using dance, music, and entertainment.” They have recently performed for the Mayor of Denton (who couldn’t stop talking about them) and at the Eternity Conference where Don Piper (Author of “90 Minutes in Heaven”) was keynote speaker. • Brandon has also recently appeared in new print ads for Pier One.

• August 2012 Brandon recently started a dance crew consisting of kids and teens. The crew (called tRu cRew) use their gifts and talents to give an educational message to encourage and empower kids to be true to what they were created to do.

Brandon has been performing since the age of nine. A virtuoso, Brandon plays the piano, guitar and is currently learning to write original songs. At the SHINE Convention in July 2010, Brandon placed in the top five for overall performer, overall singer, overall dancer and actor and he received the most callbacks among all perofrmers.

His big break came when he was selected from among 40,000 auditioners for the Hub original reality show Major and Minors (cast alongside fellow AMTC grad Austin Crute) where he gets to showcase his musical talent while being mentored by professionals.

Brandon is signed with the Campbell Agency in Dallas, and is excited to work with Osbrink and Nelson Diaz during pilot season. God continues to light the way and it has been fun following his lead!
