January 2010 UPDATE

Hi Kim,
As of date Bettis has been in an episode of CSI New York and he just recently was on the 100th episode of How I met your Mother as a principal dancer. He has also just finished his first album which will be out in the next few months. His album is being produced by Andrew Lane who also produced High School Musical and Hannah Montana to mention a few. Bettis has been working steadily in Los Angeles on many dance projects such as Carnivale and on several music videos.

New Bio Former AMTC Overall Dancer, Bettis Richardson, is a triple threat. While dancing has opened many doors to Bettis, he is also an excellent singer (Top 32 on American Idol Season 2) and recently completed his first film, Bring It On: In It To Win. As a Dancer/ Acrobat and Vocalist, Bettis has enjoyed principle roles on the Academy Awards Live, Dancing with the Stars, Super Bowl Preshow with Paula Abdul, Super Bowl 41 with Cirque du Soleil, NCA Nationals, Robert Klein Comedy Special, and the American Open. He has danced and choreographed for many music videos, and enjoys martial arts and all sports!

January, 20, 2008 Update from Bettis’ manager, Michelle:
Tomorrow Bettis is working on a Paula Abdul music video with Randy Jackson, and auditioning for a feature film. Later this week, he’s going in for a lead role in a new pre-Broadway musical.

Signed with More Zap Productions; booked a singing and dance performance for an awards show in Disneyland; is shooting the movie Bring It On 4 at Universal; was the male lead singer/dancer at the Mame Awards Gala; booked a commercial with Arthur Arthur, Miami
