• January 2013 New Hope is now on DVD! Ben plays a supporting role in this film.

• October 2012 Won best supporting actor for New Hope film at the Kingdomwood film festival.

• September 2012 Ben stars in a new anti-bullying drama called The Senior Prank. The film concerns a group of popular high school students who elect a girl with Down’s syndrome to be their Homecoming Queen — as a senior prank. It is inspired by real bullying events that teenagers in the community where the film is being made have witnessed. Ben stars in the film with fellow AMTC grads Josh Murray and Jade Voight.. • June 2012 Ben booked a supporting role in A Matter of Time, to be released in 2013. AMTC grad Kelsey Sanders will be starring as Ben’s sister in this film!

• May 2012 Ben booked a lead role in a film in post production called Jessica’s Journey.

• April 2012 Ben presents the award for “Best Male Vocalist” at the Dove Awards, alongside 2 other “Courageous” co-stars.

ABOUT Ben Davies

Ben Davies is a model – actor and athlete and has been a working actor and model since he was literally in diapers! He shot his first TV commercial and national print ad campaign before he was 2 years old!

Life seemed to be going great for Ben, but challenges were just beginning. Injuries began to slow him down, his Olympic coach was fired, he broke his rib during a competition, and he was involved in a bicycle wreck that resulted in major surgery on his right arm.

For the first time in Ben Davies life he was weak. He was crying out to God to show him the way, to allow him to do something “significant”. That’s when things turned around for Ben.

That week, Advantage Models & Talent got the call from Sherwood Pictures that Ben had a call back for a lead role in the movie Courageous. Ben was amazed when he got the call from producer Alex Kendrick telling him they wanted him to play the role of David Thomas. He was so thankful that God used all the “bad” things in his life for his good. If he had not had surgery, he would not have been available for the audition or the filming schedule. When Ben Davies was literally at the weakest point in his life the Lord blessed him with his other dream, his acting dream and even better- using his acting talents for the glory of God!
