AMTC: Amazing Element of Spiritual Awareness

Hi Lexy and Jen,

Honestly, I don’t think we ever take a break—love every minute of it! Next week Taylor starts a 2 week Musical Theatre program where they audition, cast, and rehearse to perform Cats at the end of the 2 week session. She is also auditioning for the NYS Fair Talent Competition which will take place the last week of August through Labor Day.

Taylor’s normal school year schedule is Select Chorus (Audition selection group) and 8th Grade Chorus after school 2 days and dance 4 days with voice lessons and trying to integrate acting lessons in there as well. She is also a High Honor Student and loves every minute of every day and we all feel blessed for our life!

AMTC has opened up an amazing element of spiritual awareness in our lives. Taylor has always been a ‘spirited child’ and as she has grown into a young teen, we have seen her faith and belief in herself and God become stronger and more prevalent in everything that she does. Her confidence in her abilities, her genuine kindness and generosity toward others and the earth along with her ability to subtly become a role model has been a joy to see.

She has become light that guides me as a mother and caregiver, and I am fully committed to the journey. I feel truly blessed to have her in my life and thank God every day for his gift. With you, she has been able to cultivate her gift of talent and we will continue on this wonderful journey with encouragement, exploration and support so she can shine as bright as the star that she is!

PS: We were running all week/weekend as Taylor was in a local musical that performed at our CNY Harborfestival in front of hundreds of people! Very fun and exciting to come back to after such a high at AMTC Convention!
