“Jessica was teased a lot because of her height.”

Hi, my daughter, Jessica and I attended your competition in Florida in January 2005. Jessica’s father and I were very unsure of her attending at first but we decided give it a try and also Jessica really wanted to attend. Jessica’s agent is X-posure from St. John’s, Newfoundland. Well I must say Jessica and I were blown away. It was a fabulous experience. While it was a very hectic and tiring week we had a lot of fun. The convention was so informative and the talent was unreal. We went down there with no expectations but Jessica did very well. Jessica placed 1st place runway, 2nd place photography, honorable mention for creative runway and she was runner up for the overall model. She also received 15 callbacks which was amazing to meet with the agents and she came out of there with a positive attitude towards her future.

Jessica is still in school so we will take things slow for now She will be in grade 12 this year. Jessica is very much involved in sports at her school and has received many awards for basketball and volleyball. When Jessica was in elementary school she was teased a lot because of her height. She is 5’11.5. This convention did wonders for her self-esteem.
