HEY EVERYONE!

I just wanted to send out a quick update.

Since the last update, I have been dancing and auditioning constantly. Having the opportunity to attend UPTA and audition in front of that many agents and directors was a blessing. I received great feedback and lots of encouragement!

Currently, I am rehearsing for the spring gala performance at Mercyhurst College with the dance department. I am in a pas de deux choreographed by Bruce Marks along with a world premiere contemporary ballet piece staged by Mark Santillano. Additionally, I will be graduating college on May 23, 2010 which is approximately 32 days from now!!!

After college, I will be working at Six Flags America in Maryland as an entertainer until September 6th. There I will be performing six shows a day six days a week. Then I will be heading to New York City to begin rehearsals for the Cats National Tour, which will run until about July 2011.

I am truly grateful for everything and can not thank all of you enough for helping me in some way!

PLEASE send me back a e-mail updating me with what you have been doing. I miss you all and hopefully everyone is beginning to enjoy the warmer weather!!!

October 2009 UPDATE

Hey Everyone! I just wanted to send out a quick update.

I recently finished performing Chicago at The Erie Playhouse. It was an amazing experience to be a part of such a well known musical. Every show was pretty much sold out.

Over the summer, I was an intern at Broadway Dance Center where I was able to study with Ginger Cox, Tracie Stanfield, Sheila Barker, Jim Cooney, and Natalya Stavro. As an intern, I was placed in the pre-professional track and named one of the MVI’s (Most Valuable Interns). Additionally, I was an extra in the new movie Step Up 3D and an upcoming “SWRV” commercial.

Currently, I am a senior dance major at Mercyhurst College. We are rehearsing for our Fall Concert. I am working with two guest artists; Bill Evans and Diego Salterini. I am also in a duet choreographed by Bruce Marks.

As a senior, I am beginning to look up auditions for career opportunities after college. In March, I will be attending UPTA (Universal Professional Theatre Auditions).

May 2009 UPDATE

Hope everyone is enjoying themselves and the warmer weather! I just wanted to send out a quick update of my life.

I just recently won a online dance competition and had the opportunity to dance with The Bad Boys of Dance, they are absolutely amazing and I can only hope to one day be a part of their company. During the summer I will be staying in New York City for two months because I was accepted into the Broadway Dance Center Internship Summer Program. After that, I will be heading into my senior year of College and I plan on auditioning for anything and everything!!!
