Sandee Mejia

Hi Kim,

At the AMTC Summer 09’ event Wilfredo won a finalist trophy for acting and for singing and Sandee won a finalist for commercial model and acting and won a scholarship to attend The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. She has not attended as of yet, but does plan on attending. Sandee is currently in H.S. and attends Culinary Art school. Shortly after the event they both had many callbacks and they both signed with Advantage Models and Talent in Franklin, TN. They are also with several web sites such as Actors Access.

Willie & Sandee have been to their second photoshoot in NYC with Citizen Stock. Wilfredo has been to several auditions in NYC. He attended an open audition for the Lion King and also attended an audition for a short film called Ashes for Acorns.

His most recent success has been auditioning for Sight & Sound the Millenium Theater in Strausburg, PA. He landed a paid casting part in the upcoming production of “Joseph”, which begins in March of 2010 and runs through the end of October 2010.

Wilfredo is playing the primary part of the son of Joseph (Manasseh) & the jailer Nomti’s son. He’s also playing many other small parts throughout the production. “Here”: www.sight-sound.com is the website, please feel free to browse.

Our family is so exited for him and shares in his most recent success. This hasn’t come easy, but with the Lord all things are possible. Many changes and sacrifices have occurred because of this, some easy some hard, but all for the glory of God. May God Continue to bless AMTC, and thank you for the opportunities that opened up because of this experience.
