April 2010 UPDATE

Good Afternoon to My Family and Friends:

As you may remember, I notified you on 2/28/10 to let you know that I have been cast in a full-length feature film titled Brothers Departed.

I signed the official contract for my role of “Debbie Haas”. When I went to the studio to sign the contract, the Producer/Director informed me that I will have 35 minutes of screen time in Brothers Departed. This is almost 1/3 of the movie so be sure to watch for it at theaters. If you can attend the premiere, it will be held in October 2010, at the Crest Theater in Sacramento. I do not have exact dates yet but I will keep you posted as the film progresses.

The Director and the entire cast will be meeting on 3/23 or 3/24 for a Table Read of the 95-100 page script. We will begin rehearsals in April. Filming will occur on nights and weekends during the months of May and June.

I am very excited about this film. I hope all of you have a wonderful weekend ahead.

March 2010 UPDATE

Hello Everyone,

I have more great news. I have been cast in a full-length feature film titled Brothers Departed. My character is “Debbie Haas”; and she is one of the main characters. I have a very handsome man playing my husband in this movie. By the way, this is the third husband I have had in three weeks…shame on me. All for acting jobs, of course. How do you like that going from never being married to being married three times in three weekends? :-)

I will begin filming in May. The premiere will be shown at the Crest Theater in Sacramento in October 2010. I hope that all of you can make it to the premiere.

Arrangements have already been made for limited release of this movie at 7 major theaters. Arrangements have also been made for DVD release with Blockbuster Video stores, Red Box Rentals, and Net Flix. Can you all believe this is happening to me? Isn’t this wonderful? I am ecstatic! Yippee!

I signed the contract tonight to make everything official. A photography shoot was also done tonight for this movie. The photos will be used for promotional reasons.
