At the AMTC SHINE Convention, God brings together many of the top Agents, Managers, Casting Directors in the world. They come from secular, family-friendly, and Christian media. AMTC averages between 50 and 100 VIP's at each event and guarantees a VIP:Performer ratio of 1:10.
