God made certain of His children to be especially beautiful in the eyes of the world. Their faces, figures, and voices are striking. Others look at them and say, ‘Wow!’ We call them movie stars, singers and models. We love to look at them, hear them, and read about them. We are fascinated by every aspect of their lives- public and private.

God gave them a gift for a specific purpose, but that same gift can become a curse when they forget the One who created it, the One who created them, and they begin to glorify themselves. Without Godly humility and counsel, the enemy will become active in their lives. He will surround them with temptations, as others try to elevate them to the level of an idol. They have groupies, fan clubs, and thousands to millions who adore them. Thus is Hollywood today, or the majority of its stars.

Many believe that their talent, beauty, and fortunes come from their own hard work, perseverance, or from ‘luck.’ They can become puffed up, made up, drugged up, surgically altered, and mentally impaired. They are falling stars. When God made certain people to stand out, He made them to stand out for Him- to reflect His glory. He gave them their gifts to magnify Him, not them. When adoring fans see them, they see Christ. They bow in humility and appreciation to the Father, and they lead their fans to the Son. These are God’s supermodels. They are true stars.
